So folks a quick question, what do you use for sketching?? Pencils, pens (what type) coloured pencils? Or a mixture of both. Me I like to use a bic pen for sketching, don\'t know why but seem to like it better than pencil.

I’m also hooked on the black BIC they flow a lot better and you can build up a dark line with them. I’ve also used Prismacolor pencils (red, blue, black) expensive tho and you need to keep them sharp when sketching.

    Chap,

As I stated I like to use bic pens in my sketches, especially when doodling and sometimes on coloured sketches with markers. I have just come across a cool pen we are been supplied with in work now over the last few weeks, it’s called the Q-Connect – Liquid Ink Rollerball, with a 0.3mm nib. I checked in Eason’s but didn’t see them there so may have to go through the Q-Connect website to buy them but just love them for doodling, it’s all I’ve been using the last 2 weeks.
